how to fix .htaccess error on install

Problems with .htaccess support (it is not properly denying access to files that ought to be restricted). [NOTE: If using Nginx, a set of nginx conf files is supplied at the END of zc_install to enable easy rectifying of this situation.]

i get this and i have not even installed it yet i am starting a new install to test theories on other install errors

Per the message, the issue will be resolved or able to be resolved through completing the install. For the most part it is a notification more than an error, but something to make you aware that nginx is in affect which means when working with any of the provided .htaccess files (or when creating one of your own) that nginx should be considered in the development.
