Limit shipping to zip code

I have a local delivery shop and need to restrict flat rate shipping to certain zip code.

Can this be done?

I know you can restrict to one state but we only deliver up to 15 miles from the shop. I just keep having to cancelled orders because they are out of the delivery area.

While my suggestion of renaming/expanding the name of the below linked ZC plugin hasn't been taken to make it easier to find for those that refer to zipcode instead of postcode, there are two options that I'm aware of. One is a commercial modification (PM if interested in knowing more), the other is: product delivery by postcode (PDP)
