For some reason I cannot get the rows and column correct on this page(s)?

I have try most things, It's the 1st time I tried the new version, so it is a new install and new website.
I download this addon to see if it would help but it didn't "Column Layout Grid for Product Listing".
Can anyone please help as I feel like I'm going slightly mad?
