Logo Image Not showing Up

You probably need to clear the cache in you browser. The new image is appearing but has the same name as the zencart logo

This is so weird
I use Google and I cleared the "cached images and files" but nothing changed.
So I tried clearing "Browsing History", ownload History" and "Cached images and files" and still it doesn't change.
I even loaded Firefox and it is showing the Zen logo as well.

You need to clear your browser's cache; I'm seeing your logo (not the Zen Cart one) clear as day.

Give it a little time. It may be cached in your ISP's server (though I didn't think they did that any more). Your logo is definitely showing to the rest of us.

i don't think so.... i think people are looking in the wrong place. on the live site, here is the logo:

looks good. i think that's what everyone is looking at..... except for @wsworx... and me....

on the NEW site, the logo is here:

that's the zencart logo. if it was cached in the IP's server, how would the server serve up different logos to different users?

my first time looking at my big dog motorcyle specialist; so no way i'm caching the image.

make sure you have your desired image in the folder:

ZC155e/includes/templates/CUSTOM/images/logo.gif

that seems to be the problem.... at least to me.

The logo.gif in the ZC155e is definitely our logo and not the ZenCart logo
This is the craziest thing I have ever seen
People from the midwest east can see our logo
West of the Midwest everyone is seeing the ZenCart logo
I wouldn't care except I need to see the changes so I can get my work done....lol

I just uploaded a different image, named "logo.gif", that is larger than my logo file.
The ZenCart Logo increase to that size but no new image
I asked my friend in Des Moines to look at the site and he still see's my logo but it increased to the size of the new image also.

So my friend had me rename the logo to logo1.gif and change the name in the "header.php" file and now it is working.

Question now is....Why?

So in the end it was my fault. What else is new.
I dug into my new hosting company and sure enough it is using a CDN called SiteLock.
But I still do not understand why I could never see the updates. SiteLock stated that it takes time for the updates to show up but we're talking several days and the changes never occured.
