login after reset password do not work

I did a refresh from live to dev and after reset Admin password on dev I cannot login in admin. Frontend is working ok.

I have followed this: https://www.zen-cart.com/content.php...rd-(i-lost-it)
when I insert Admin/admin login page stay the same and no "wrong password message" or any message shown.

Any idea?

Database refresh or Database+files refresh?

Problem solved... Really don't now why this insert is putting different string as password :

INSERT INTO admin (admin_name, admin_email, admin_pass, admin_profile)
VALUES ('Admin', 'admin@localhost', '351683ea4e19efe34874b501fdbf9792:9b', 1);

when check on table I've seen a totally different string.
