    Default Can't create new items or categories since upgrading to v1.55e

    Since upgrading to v1.55e I cannot add new items or new categories. You go through the process but when done it acts normal but nothing new shows in back office or website? I originally thought it might be a size limitation but you can copy items and edit them to create new items - but you can't do this with categories as there is no copy function for categories.

    I have included screen shot of current Server information, etc.

    there should be logs if everything looks normal but expected results do NOT happen........

    inmotion also offers free SSL certificates in addition to installing 3rd party ones.

    i highly recommend getting an SSL certificate.... customers feel better...

    Where/how to access logs? In Zencart or Host?

    Try first the ZC logs either by ftp and the folder (logs) would be found off of the catalog side of the install. Then the server logs if there are no mydebug- style files in the ZC logs directory.
