Default configure.php file does not exist (isn't readable) or is not writeable

Trying to install Zen Cart 1.5.5f on a new CentOS server with PHP 7.1 and MySQL 5.7

    Keep getting these errors:
Main /includes/configure.php file does not exist (isn't readable) or is not writeable
Admin /admin/includes/configure.php does not exist (isn't readable) or is not writeable
    /var/www/poolsupplyzen/logs folder is not writeable
    /var/www/poolsupplyzen/cache folder is not writeable

I have checked them and made sure everything was writeable and had the correct permissions. Any inputs on fixing this and going to next step?

    Thank you

Resolved the issue. SELinux was not allowing the writing of config and log files.
