upgrade to 1.5.5 from 1.5.4 for addon site - images no longer found

I let the upgrade script rewrite the configure files and now the images in the catalog and the admin are no longer found (in other words the folders aren't found any longer).

Since the configure files no longer designate the path for the images folder, I have no way of knowing what has gone wrong nor can I proceed with troubleshooting. Can someone enlighten me?

This is an add-on domain on a cpanel server. It is not my server but should be very similar and the add-on domains on my server are not having any issues. The configure files are identical on both servers.

Here's how to find what define is used for images:

Since 99.9% of people never touched most of the defines in the old configure.php files, they have been split off into new files:

/includes/defined_paths.php
/admin/includes/defined_paths.php

But, if you HAVE customized your images path and want to replace what is done in defined_paths, then you can ADD the specific additional/override define TO your configure.php, and it will take precedence over what's in defined_paths.


I suspect your problem has nothing to do with any of these things though.
Instead I'm guessing you've got plugins installed which do non-default things with images, and those may be confused somehow since the upgrade.

Rats, it was a htaccess script that didn't like being in both the main domain and the add-on. Nothing to do with zen cart itself. Thanks for the quick response!
