Help on product attribute

Hi, I added 3 option names on products, how to do when choosing 2, 3 can not be chosed, and when choosing 3, 2 cannot be chosed?

First, welcome to the Zen Cart community! That feature is not part of the base Zen Cart distribution and will require some customized javascript/jQuery interactions to present and gather the information for your customers.

I'll suggest, perhaps, that attribute #2 (Add Name & Number) should have a selection "Let Me Choose", in which case attribute #3 becomes "visible" for the customer to enter their choice. That will make it easier for any javascript/jQuery to identify and act on the customer's choice.

2 and 3 is customized logos with additional prices. if customer choose all 3, the tatal price is 1pc of base clothing+2logo+3logo, which is wrong, it should be 2pc of base clothing +2logo+3logo, so I need 1+2 or 1+3, no 1+2+3.

Or how can I add text in opion 2?

How does this work? When I set up opion value in attribute 2, there is no text.

You would add the value "Please Select" the same as you added the logo information and you have the sort order to display it on top.


I think in order to get the desired outcome you are looking for, you might want to look into the "Stock by Attributes" mod.

Perhaps you could use radio buttons with three options, "Please Select"(marked as default), "Logo 1", "Custom Logo" that way it is one or the other,then the javascript to hide/display the dropdown menus.

I have added a value of “ Please choose”. It is not my question. I want to know how add a value of “text” that customers can put on their logo info.
