Locations / Taxes - defaults for United States

Would someone give me the default for: enclosed ( is what I have )
Anytime I select a Zone in Shipping Modules that module stops working. Works as long set to None.

Zones

Zone Definitions
Zone Name (USA only) Zone Description (Continental United States) Status (orange)

Under the "Zone Definitions" for your USA only, click on the details, and then click "insert", there you will add each state. It should look similar to the image below.

You mean must load all states and territories to ship total the United States. I didn't have to do that in the past. Is there not some way to create a new zone that would include all of the USA?

That is how I always set it up, but I restrict shipping to the lower 48 states only. The other states and surrounding territories are on seperate zones.

If you don't want to spend the time adding them one by one, you can use SQL to add 48 of them quickly.

Entering with SQL is quicker but entering under Details makes it much easier later to see what is in list.

I would assume that the details "would" be displayed in the list, either by populating with SQL or manually.

Were there no debug files in the logs folder?

Don't remember now. Years ago had Details set to TX.. Only one store in TX used to limit by zipcode for customer pickup at store. I removed TX and set "USA" thinking that was the total US, forgot how this worked. With "answer=42" reply finally remembered what & why I had it set up that way.
