Hello, where possible change main page configuration ? I want change photo half what it is now http://www.jmtech.fi/kauppa

That image (includes/templates/mostlygrey/images/imagebg2.jpg) is being applied to your store's header using CSS (line 1 of your template's stylesheet.css).

Perhaps you could resize that image to make it smaller.

It already is the correct size
There is a css line size of 160% that is being applied to this.
Not sure where to apply a fix of 100% however?

Thank you both, I tried make picture smaller but look stupid because must be somewhere in admin where make that sheet upstair smaller ? Now some % but need try find where make it half up/down size

Building on what @gilby noted, you can modify /includes/templates/mostlygrey/css/stylesheet.css (line 1), adding

line-height: 100%;

to the style-list for #headerWrapper ... adjust the percentage as desired.
