Easiest Way to move from 1.5.5 to 1.5.5e

Want to know easiest way to upgrade from 1.5.5 to 1.5.5e.

Do I need to follow and change all files mentioned in below link

or do i need to put new install .
Also is any change in database in both 1.5.5 and 1.5.5e

No database changes (which is why we are still on 1.5.5) should really go to 1.5.5f instead.

Best is to incorporate the changes that have been made to the files. The actual files. Depending on the plugins installed it may be as easy as copying the files over otherwise need to merge existing changes into the new file.
