I useing developer tools to see my site,and find error as:

Might want to start with the character set problems on your mobile version and the ads on your main page.

it looks like you have NOT loaded jquery.cycle.all.js library, which is why the jquery function is not defined.
you can download the library here:
http://malsup.com/jquery/cycle/
and then you would need to include it in your header or somewhere.
