Invoice Included Tax

Hello,

I am trying to extract invoices for the accounting, but i've recognized that the invoices show Tax 0% while in the system it's configured as 10%

Please how to handle this to have 10 % included and the percentage shows up in my invoices?

When you display an order, using the Customers->Orders Details button, do the taxes display correctly?

What, if any, plugins do you have installed?

The Tax is 0%

Should i install an additional module to manage this?

OK, let's step back a bit. Please share a screenshot of your admin's Modules->Order Totals, remembering to blur out the name of your admin directory (it will show in the browser bar and as comments below those order-totals' listing).

Another screenshot that will be helpful is of Locations / Taxes->Tax Rates.

No problem with the access, I understand totally and respect that.

Next step ... click the "define zones" button on the Tax Rates page and provide that screenshot.
Then, from the "Zones Definitions" page, click the "details" button and provide that screenshot.

I think those screens look correct (unfortunately, I don't speak or read Japanese). Have you verified that each of your products indicates that it is a taxable item?
