we had to move our web site and when we did we get at checkout "Sorry, we are not shipping to your region at this time." the gentlemen who normally took care of our site has retired and will not help with the site anymore.... any help would be greatly apprecciated

It's a bit vague to know what broke without more details.
You might want to solicit someone to take a look at your system as a whole.
