Upgraded and all new order numbers are 0

Just noticed this, all new orders after upgrade are 0, reset via admin but still return 0

What process did you use for the upgrade? I ask because there were no database changes going from 1.5.5a to 1.5.5f, so a "simple" file-system update is all that is/was needed.

Originally all I did was update the files cause as stated no DB changes were made.

I have since, did a new install, imported existing db fields, customers, orders, ect. and still, new orders are getting assigned order id 0

Ok, so this is weird,

Current selection does not contain a unique column. Grid edit, checkbox, Edit, Copy and Delete features are not available.

I agree on the weirdness. Would you post a screenshot of the structure of your orders_products table, as displayed by phpMyAdmin?

While that's weird, the probable cause of the "0" in all orders is that your orders table structure has become damaged, particularly in that the orders_id field is no longer an auto_increment field.
A fresh install sets auto_increment on certain fields in certain tables. The orders table is one of those.

This isn't something caused by core code. Nor the "upgrade", insofar as core code is concerned.
