First Data Hosted Payment Pages zc 1.5.4 not posting back to website

The sales are not being posted back to zen cart. I had him check everything I could think of - settings for return url etc but it's just not working. Sale is happening but sale in admin does not appear. Would / could the server be blocking this? What are the possibilities?

Now have another client complaining of the same problem with 1.5.5f. He says "but the main problem is that when they pay with a credit card they are getting an error message that there was a problem with the transaction, but it still goes through. The problem is it will not return the customer to my site where it would then give them an order number and email me the order details." He gained the problem when he upgraded his zencart and had to switch to this module. Was all working fine before.

I had a similar issue with Auth.net SIM (hosted payment page) when toggling ForceCookieUse.
FALSE = functioned as expected
TRUE= failed similarly to you

At least something to check. Definitely not a problem in the 1.5.4 cart.
