Hi We have recently moved over to C-Panel and since then our default email connected to the site (host mail) is going to spam. We have been trying to rectify the problem over the last week and a half with the host with no success, so we have decided to just change the email on the account.
This seems to work fine however even after changing the mail address in all of the availeable options in admin, the order confirmation email is still coming from the problem email. I have been looking for the last few days in an attempt to find an answer online but the only refferences to changin confirmation emails cover how to change the text in the confirmation mail and not the actual address is is sent from.
Is this something I can do in admin or does it require a more complex approach?
