USPS Module Not Showing New Version In Admin.

Hi Guys

I just installed the new USPS module and i'm still getting this after the install in admin (NOTE: A NEW VERSION OF THIS PLUGIN IS AVAILABLE).
I tested the shipping module on the site and it's working any suggestion?

Note that the central cause of the issue has been corrected for this version of USPS so a file change should no longer be required for K10 issued 2018-03-28.
