Weird IP Blocker Problem

I installed the 2.13 IP Blocker for Zen Cart and my Who's Online looks like this:

Looks like an incomplete or wrong install. Did you check the version with your Zen Cart version?

Yeah it says it's compatible with 1.5.4, everything installed according to instructions except the who's online appearing like that.

I thought I could try uninstalling it, but not sure what to put in the install sql patches, since the instructions just says:
Run the /ip_blocker_uninstall.sql using your Zen Cart's Tools->Install SQL Patches.

You're missing a Language file (incomplete install).

As I'd posted in the IP Blocker's support thread (https://www.zen-cart.com/showthread....29#post1342529), what version of Zen Cart are you using?

Let's continue this discussion over in the plugin's support thread as there's obviously something funky going on in the 2.1.3 version.
