Zen Cart Admin Action Buttons Not Working

Hi there,

Am hoping someone can help me. I cannot remember what the most recent php file I edited is. However, upon wanting to add a new category description in Zen Admin today I realised none of the Action Buttons are working. Clicking on the category (any of the buttons: edit, move, copy, etc) just brings me to the next level category or the product list.

Can someone please advise how this happened? I am now unable to even delete or disable a category or product.

Appreciate any insight!

There are a couple of "main" modules that contribute to the display of the Catalog->Categories/Products display:

/YOUR_ADMIN/categories.php (the main display)
/YOUR_ADMIN/includes/modules/category_product_listing.php (displays the listing)

I have overwritten my current files you mentioned above with the original Admin zen cart files, and yet the problem still persists.
Any idea what might the problem be?
