I'm getting error 60

Unable to process payment due to a communications error. You may try again or contact us for assistance. (60)

Authorize.net tells me they updated their certificate last night and my SSL is not recognizing it. Authorize.net just tells me to call my web host. I called my web host, they wouldn't help.

What do I do?
