Coupon detect by duplicate IP

Checking something that is staring to happen.
But If I'm getting this right, the coupon track, only occurs after a order is set to "delivered". So, one can create accounts with other emails, since there is no IP track to prevent duplicated use of cupons.

Are you referring to identifying when a coupon has been used in situations where the coupon is set to be used either x times or y times by a customer?

Remember, too, that IP addresses might not be unique. If you have multiple customers that are using a store's Wi-Fi, each of those customer-accesses will use the same IP.

I detect some customers that create accounts with different emails. ( but same IP and deliver address) to use the cupon.
But, yeap, I see it's a lost cause, since one can change the IP, etc...
I'll go back to the cage :)
