Default Show Customer Time [support thread]

Show Customer Time displays the current time at your customer's primary address on the customers screen and the order details screen. This way you can be sure not to call them when it's too late or too early.

Hi swguy. Thanks very much for working on this plugin. It would be a very useful tool in this truly global marketplace. I hit a snag at step 1 in your instructions while uploading the SQL file and unfortunately don't know enough about SQL to resolve the problem. 1st attempt (upload the file) resulted in an error message: Error: Nothing to do - no query or query-file specified. I then tried various other combinations of uploading the code itself into the Admin SQL window (e.g. full code and parts thereof). The only success I had was by loading lines 22-38 of the file which successfully created the new DB table - but I couldn't get any further to populate it.

Not sure if I broke some fundamental SQL rules by splitting up the code between the commented out SQL lines - but thought I'd give it a go since I took a backup. Can you help please?

My system: WAMP (local - not live yet); ZC1.5.5e, Responsive Sheffield Blue template upgraded to be compatible with 1.5.5e - and a wide range of other plugins.

Thanks again for this and your other Zen contributions. You've been a fantastic help for me - and many others, I'm sure!

When you got "Error: Nothing to do - no query or query-file specified. " you probably just cancelled the file selection popup instead of selecting the file. You really want to do it that way instead of chopping up the file - try this again. Admin-Tools-Install SQL Patches, select the file, click Open in the file selection Dialog, then click Upload in your Zen Admin.

Thanks for replying. I tried it again without success (and several times yesterday). The following message was displayed before I pressed the upload button: Attachment 17933Same message resulted: "Error: Nothing to do - no query or query-file specified." The WAMP version I'm using has MySQL v5.7.14, Apache v2.4.23 and PHP v5.6.25.

No idea. Maybe you can get this to work if load it in phpMyAdmin. I use MAMP and it works fine.

OK. I gave that a try. I uploaded the file's full content into phpMyAdmin (via cut & paste from Notepad++). There was a warning beside line 1:"Linting is disabled for this query because it exceeds the maximum length."

And when I pressed go, it shows the "loading" bar but doesn't do anything else. Waited 20min to be sure. Had to close down the browser to get out of the loop.
