When someone put something in there shopping cart on mine shop http://ericawilmasensibility.com/
they get a error



when you click on ok you can go on
when you go further to payment you get the same error

what can i do about it ?

Likely need to align the character sets between includes/configure.php, admin/includes/configure.php, includes/languages/YOUR_LANGUAGE.php (and/or its override) and admin/includes/languages/YOUR_LANGUAGE.php
And possibly convert the database to utf8 so that they use the appropriate utf8/UTF-8 related declaration.

It is something that should be possible on own.

Looking for the settings: DB_CHARSET in each of the two configure.php files, the setting for CHARSET in each of the applicable language files (catalog side and admin) and then the general database collation as can be seen in the cpanel utility phpmyadmin or by use of the plugin convert db2utf (will display the collation for each table when run, conversion requires selecting an action to cause the conversion.)

Your template is probably for an older version of Zen Cart.
