product description start low

When I add or custumize a product description it looks like it start with an empty rule which you cannot delete. But when I look in the source code there is no empty rule. So it seems that the description layout does not start at 0. Is there anyone who knows where I can change this by default?

Not sure I follow or understand what has been said or what specifically is desired to be different.

I see that the product description section which is shown in Dutch as "info" that on screen there is an extra blank line. Specifically in that section of html output the html tags are unbalanced (this may cause the extra line). Also the page has several html validation errors which also could be a cause for problems.
