The user tracking messages have been known to appear if the install (admin) files have been placed on the catalog side. The majority of files for user tracking are admin related and should be located only in the admin directory.
I can't speak for IH5, but it may be the same situation.
Verify that only the user_tracking files found in the includes directory are in the catalog/includes directory and that the admin/includes directory files are *not* in catalog/includes directory.
Also, it may be necessary to execute the user_tracking uninstall sql two times to clear a previously installed version of user tracking.

Thanks for the reply, I copied the files exactly as the instructions told me, i found out that there are small files like
1_5_4.php
1_5_5.php
1_5_6.php
1_5_7.php
1_5_8.php
in the directory Admin\includes\installers\user_tracking\
I removed those and i do not see the mesages from User tracking.
As far as the Responsive Sheffield Blue V 2.0, the solution is here

Image Handler5 was successfully updated from vIH_VERSION to v5.1.0.
I suspect that these plugin installers DO attempt to mark themselves as already-installed or delete the installer when done, but perhaps they're encountering insufficient filesystem permissions to do this?
