Google Analytics and Adwords Conversion Tracking

After trying other add-ons for Google Analytics Tracking, eCommerce Reporting and Adwords Conversions I've ended up reworking the most recent "Enhanced eCommerce Analytics" for deployment on 1.5.5 carts.

If anyone's interested I put a version on GitHub and am happy to help with issues.

The main reason I had for doing this was wanting to use the gtag.js as the current recommended method and also was having trouble getting conversions showing correctly in Adwords. The module will only record the successful checkout so no 'funnels', but I may add other events later on.

I have this deployed on our site, which i recently updated from 1.3.9h to 1.5.5! I also built a new 'friendly URL' module for 1.5.5, that only touches 2 lines of core code, but it's not ready for other use yet. Sorry, but what is Schema? I do have an admin mod I wrote for adding extra fields / dropdowns etc for Customers and Products that I use in order to fill out GTIN, Brands, Manufacturer code and the like. But it's not in a great state for sharing.

Schema is code to deliver content for search engines, data aggregators, and voice aggregators. Schema.org has more info and allows for the creation of schema. Schema goes into the header just like analytics.

Ok, yes I do have a method for the schema.org data but I'd need to do more work on it before sharing it.
I haven't checked but I assume there may be another addon for it but realistically it should be part of the core IMO.

There isa plugin to configure json/ld schema data into the HEADER element of ZC web pages. This functions irrespective of other components and as it is json/ld, it parses relevant data in the manner preferred by SE's. I think it's called SUPERDATA and it also configures Opengraph elements for Facebook ---- (Though it appears Facebook is on it's last legs and may go bust before Christmas).
