You could use the Delete Spam Customers mod and adjust the query parameters to your needs. Do a backup and test carefully!

To amplify on the discussion. Yes there is, though it involves multiple tables to address removal of all aspects of a customer.
One should also consider any documentation needs associated with PCI or other reporting requirements (maintaining a backup of the database before modification would support that.)ZC Installation/Maintenance Support <- Site
