Did you use your Zen Cart admin's header-menu to view those categories?
Did you use your Zen Cart admin's header-menu to view those categories?
I don't know what that is.
When you log into your Zen Cart admin, there's a menu across the top of the page: Configuration / Catalog / Modules / ...
Click on Categories, then click on Categories / Products (the spot where you add/edit your categories and products).
Ok where is the category ID located then.
It's in the ID column on the far left of the categories listing.
Ok so the ID is 1, what now?
OK. First ... make a backup copy of your database.
Once you've got that backup, use the links in your Zen Cart admin's menu to navigate to Tools->Install SQL Patches.
Copy/paste the block below into that form and click the "Send" button:
UPDATE products SET products_image = 'Air.jpg' WHERE master_categories_id = 1;
Everytime I try to use it it just tells me I need to refresh the page.
That message indicates that there's a debug-log file created in your store's /logs directory named myDEBUG-adm-*.log. That file will contain the name of your "secret admin directory", so be sure to remove that prior to posting the log's contents using the "CODE" tag (the big # in the upper menu-bar when you're writing a post).
