    Default Emails not being recieved

    Hi,

    When there is an order or a new customer on my site, there is no email coming through to my email address to notify me, they used to come through but all of a sudden they dont now.

    Ive attached a picture could their be anything in this picture preventing me from recieivng the emails?

    Email receipt is a two part process: first it must be sent, then it must be received. There is one or more FAQs on email issues. Suggest starting with: https://www.zen-cart.com/content.php...ved-or-sending

    It is possible that using the php method of sending email could be a reason for them not to be received if they are being sent. Generally suggested to use SMTPAUTH as the method of transmission which requires entering email account credentials at the bottom of the configuration listing of the email configuration.
