    Do you have any files in the logs directory that might help out? Do you have the display logs mod installed?

    I hate to rain on your parade, but you may have "fixed" one problem while simply moving the real problem down the road to mess with you later.

    I'm afraid to ask what steps you took to delete a basic part of Zen Cart.

    I appreciate your help. I just don't know any coding and only remember the basic html stuff from years back when I was creating websites from scratch.

    I went to the Admin>Select Template and saw that I could select deleting the "language".
    Knowing that if I did that, I would not see the green template as an option any more I did it.
    The only thing is that now I still have three templates showing on the selection page, including the clone that I created but didn't solve the issue.
    I was unable to do the last part of the clone un-install as the instructions say to Run SQL patch and the option in 1.5.5f is "Install SQL patch" but trying to run it by copying the line it gives or uploading the actual SQL file didn't work and gave me errors but I guess that's for another day and another forum.

    This is confusing. There is no Select Template under Admin.

    I hope you were using Admin >> Tools >> Template Selection, BUT it has no place to delete a language. There is a new language button that you can use to associate a language with a template. That is only used IF a template is going to be used with a language different from the default.

    NOTE:
    The OP granted access to the admin and I found the following:
    • The Classic has not been deleted and still works.
    • I was able to switch back and forth between Classic and Responsive_Classic with no problem.
    • One of the templates is labeled clone, but there is no indication that Clone a Template was ever installed.
    • Something has been internally changed to display the mobile/tablet header on the desktop.
    • The site has no SSL installed nor is it set to display https: content.
