Is it possible to upgrade straight from v1.5.1 to v1.5.5f with out installing other previous upgrades.

Looks a bit scary. This cart has been modified as when we needed it to be mobile friendly there were no options we tried all the supposed fixes but they were rubbish. I hired a couple of coders and it was probably the first mobile friendly zen-cart. The coders were supposed to do a brief of all the changes but never did. Do you know some one that is capable of this upgrade we can talk to? Thank you for your time.
