Trying to login to admin section of store - just refreshes

I'm trying to login to my store's admin section, and whenever I put in my username and password and click login the page just refreshes itself and doesn't do anything.

I've tried the below FAQ to see if resetting the password would help. But after running the query and putting in 'Admin' for the username and 'admin' for the password. It does the same thing. The page just refreshes itself.

What is the history on the store? Could you please further address the posting tips?

Are there any error logs in the "/logs/" folder?
