That is expected behaviour as those are sub categories.

You mean to tell me there is no way to have them all be four across instead of 4,1,4,1, etc. That seems like a massive flaw.
Yes, it probably is. That's why you won't find many folks on the forum even hinting at using a store-bought template. As soon as you change one or two settings in a storebought template, all H E double hockey sticks breaks loose.
You may have done it by changing a width setting. Your images are set to use 20% of the allotted space. That should be five to a row, but any margins, paddings and other space "taker uppers" will force the fifth image to the other line.
You have a hard-coded width for the center column which might be part of the problem as well. I would start by backing off from any manual changes (other than selections in an admin menu) to any files.
You have four errors on that page, but they are for mixed content and should not affect spacing.

In your sub-category output, there iswhich is "resetting" the output to start displaying the next set of 5 sub-categories to the next line.Code:<br class="clearBoth" />
If you look at the settings in admin->configuration->Max Values for Categories to List Per Row, then you could either trim it down to 4 (though that may also affect the look on other pages) or increase it to or more than the maximum number of categories in any single parent category. The second option will allow the group(s) to wrap around until all are displayed. The first will limit the number of categories to show. If your template were responsive then things might be a little different.
