Header Logo Not Showing in Emails -155f / PHP7.1

v1.5.5f PHP 7.1

Header logo is not appearing on any emails generated from zen cart, e.g. order confirmation emails, nor does it show in preview when constructing emails via admin/tools/send_email (using either ckeditor or text only)- in sending a test email only the alt text for the image showed when email was received - header.jpg exists in /email folder.

I have read all the FAQ's on emails and have searched this forum with no resolution found. Attached is an image of my admin/configuration/email_options settings.

Any assistance will be appreciated.

Is it defined in includes/languages/english/YOUR_TEMPLATE/email_extras.php

    define ('EMAIL_LOGO_FILENAME', 'header.jpg');  //-File is present in /email folder

If its not in your template folder, move it over from the default location before editing. Most smart email programs have images turned off so that micro-virus don't run and open your coffee cup holder.
