Under "Localization > order status" we have "Pendings" selected as the default. However, this generates a "processing" auto response. How can we change it to send a "pending" auto response?
When the store was first set up, original installer apparently customized it to generate a "pending" auto response but store has been reinstalled since then and now the default "pending" generates a "processing" auto response. (For our needs, we do not change the status to "processing" until the order has been printed out for office staff to deal with, so it's confusing to have a "pending" letter go out.)
