Order Reveiws

I searched google, the plugin section and forum. No results...

I'm looking to incorporate an Order Reviews feature, separate from Product Reviews.

Anyone see something like this?
Anyone have any ideas as what should be included/excluded?

Something like the Testimonial Manager or more like the Sears Give Us Feedback form? I think a cross between the two would be nice.. Was thinking of taking my product review voting over to testimonials too..

The testimonials form was a chance for the customer to voice there thoughts on the performance of the store.
The Sears feedback form asks questions and allows the customer to give a score 1-5..

I have nothing coded, just some ideas..

It really doesn't make sense to self-host this kind of data. There's no social proof in saying, "I'm the greatest - just ask me!"

Third party providers are much more credible. Consider Shopper Approved, SiteJabber, TrustPilot, TrustSpot, etc.

I have to disagree that there is no social proof when it comes to reviews and ratings but that's my opinion.

I probably use zen cart in an industry that many others wouldn't.

Offering customer reviews about a particular product is okay and works but my average order has 6 items on it and to ask a customer to review each one, well I just won't.

Reviews and ratings in today's e-commerce environment go way beyond just letting customers know "I'm the greatest - just ask me!"
