Error 86.183.102.92 client denied by server configuration:

Please can any one give a solution to resolve the issues that I am having with the "Client Denied by Server" errors as shown in the log entries below.
I am at a loss to resolve this issue on my on.

And appears to have the same issue(s) with the expectation of a similar resolution though in different files.

Note that the paths shown in the error messages are folders, not specific image files - so you're missing the expected image file. Perhaps when you build the <img element you could have a fallback when this situation occurs.
