Can I use kgs instead of pounds

Have been putting in grams on all my products and found at checkout it is working in pounds.

Can I change this or have I got to change every item?

I loaded my site again and uploaded the old sql. I had changed to kgms and all my products are in kgms. and lbs has come back again.
How do I change from the lbs to kgms please.

The weight unit is defined in includes/languages/english.php

  define('TEXT_PRODUCT_WEIGHT_UNIT','lbs');
// Shipping
  define('TEXT_SHIPPING_WEIGHT','lbs'); 

FYI KGMS is not valid for Kilograms, it is kg

How do I set Kgms instead of pounds?

Just had to add a new store and need to change the store to Kgms.
