500 Server Error on Advanced Search

Hi All,
Still running 1.5.5e on PHP 7.0.32. We just moved to a new server and am noticing strange behavior when searching the site. Some search terms like the word battery produces a blank screen with an internal server error 500. Some terms will produce a message on screen that there was an error and the user should refresh. This happens with even the standard green template. There are many mods including Ultimate SEO URL's, but no matter what I change the problem persists.

The two described errors most likely generate mydebug log files in the logs directory described for the refresh message in the following FAQ: https://www.zen-cart.com/content.php...-and-try-again

no there were no my debugs. the problem was a php memory limit. which I've just resolved through WHM using MultiPHP ini-editor. Thank you,

The absence of the mydebug logs for the error refresh message seems like a different issue that may need to be addressed/corrected though there have been posts about issues with the particular server software.
