    Default Mystery file not found

I use Google Analytics to measure the stats on my visitors and the pages they view. Twice now I have had a visitor from an unrecorded location who has accessed this file (/h/4243047.html) I have searched for this file through my web hosts admin facility and can't find it. I am concerned that this file is being used for illicit purposes and wondered if anyone may know what this file may be, what it is being used for and where I can locate it. Thanks.

could be the file isn't there and they are just trying to guess file names, I often see hits on /wp-login.php in my server logs files (which doesn't exist),
hacker trying to access a wordpress site!

I hope you are correct. Bit of a wild stab in the dark if this is the case!

Do a Google search for your domain

    site:yourdomain.com +4243047.html

as sometimes someone has created an invalid link to your site. If it's there, remove it in webmaster tools or wait for it to drop off. Use a header tool to make certain it is returning a 404 error.

It did return a 404 page error. I have discovered the "user" is from Brazil and the page they are looking at doesn't exist. It is a referral from the website 17-reasons-for-seo.com
There seems to be a lot of activity from Brazil recently which is unusual as we don't have any dealings with this country.
Interestingly the IP seems to be coming from France via the QWANT search engine and something called RIPE.
