I suspect that both of you are NOT "getting a blank page" as was suggested earlier.

If the screen actually refreshes, but the expected change is not shown, that's a different thing altogether. In this case that's probably fixed by making the change shown here: Unable to insert/edit tax geo zone

(It means adding the "s" in those 2 places in that file)
