UPS Estimator Stopped Working on January 5, 2019

and the results are still listed as above.

It is on a shared server. Could that be a problem?
It was working fine with the 1/8/2019 plugin update for 3 weeks, then quit again.

That file does not exist at that location. See the "Moved Permanently"? It's redirecting to http://www.zen-cart.com/testcurl.php

Shared hosting in itself is fine but GoDaddy is a problem for many. If you can get the curltester to work, that might shed some light on the problem. Contact them to find out why you're getting a 301 for that file.

Yipeee!!!
Got it working, when I added 3-day Select to Ground and Standard.
It took several tries to get my ZC admin to accept the change/update.

Now - if UPS will just leave well enough alone.
