Our website was down for a few days but is now finally back up but we are still getting customers who are telling us that it is down. We tell them to clear the cache on their device and it finally works for them. I'm assuming that it's because they accessed our site while it was down and stored the error on their phone and their device is accessing cache first before going online. Is there anything we can do on our end so that we don't have to tell them to clear cache?
