Colissimo Shipping module

ZC version 1.5.4

I downloaded the above plugin (https://www.zen-cart.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=714 and translated the install instructions.
It says to unzip directly to the ROOT directory???

I did this but nothing appears in admin/modules/shipping.....can it be correct to place direct in ROOT directory?

Anyone used this - it does some a long time since the current version was released.

okay...figures it out where to put all the unzipped files, and seems to show.
Next question: On the attached popup window for shipping estimate the wording isn't as I want it.
This popup would seem to be in (see attached screenshot): http://www.vintagemagazines.eu/popup...estimator.html

BUT
I cannot find the html file. I have searched in Filezilla and I have searched in ZC Developers Tools for html.

Any thoughts where this may be located?
