    Default Zonal Rates

    V 1.5.4
    Website in development http://www.vintagemagazines.eu
Select Fashion/Vogue/2000 and then the magazine with the image to shopping cart.

I have changed all php files from lb lb(s) to kg kg(s)
I have used zonal rates as follows:
    Zone 1 Countries
    UK,FR

    Zone 1 Shipping Table
    0.5:10.00,0.8:12.00,1.2:15.00,2:17:50

    Zone 1 Handling Fee
    0

Handling Per Order or Per Box Zone 1 (when by weight)
    Order

    Zone 2 Countries
    US,CA,AU,00

    Zone 2 Shipping Table
    0.5:12.00,0.8:15.00,1.2:17:50,2:20:00

....BUT whatever coun try I choose.....it shows as £2.00 postage cost. What am I missing here?

I had looked at this when it was first posted and for some reason I didn't see the following, though not entirely sure it is the cause.

The number lists provided have incorrect formatting at the 2 "kg" price level for Zone 1, and for both the 1.2 and 2 "kg" for Zone 2.

There is a colon (:) used in place of the decimal for each of those.
For zone 1, instead of 2:17:50, this should read 2:17.50.

For zone 2, instead of 1.2:17:50,2:20:0
    Should probably be: 1.2:17.50,2:20.00

I was able to get a value other than 2 when I had added two items to the cart, one of which was the above described, the other was products_id 311 where this time I added 311 to the cart first then the magazine that had a picture and had weight to it.
Total weight was 1.51 kg as reported at the shopping cart.

As for UK as a zone, when I select United Kingdom from the pick list, the store identifies that I am trying the 2-letter zone of GB rather than UK.

The question I would ask if correcting the above doesn't fix the issue(s) would be what is the history of installation of this store? Is this a brand new install? Was it installed using an auto-installer or was the process of this support site used? Have zones or countries been deleted instead of disabled?

I will say that on a mobile device that the green add-to-cart response needs to have something done to it. It will not go away until have found something on the screen to use to navigate. At the very least it means can not get to the cart very easily as the cart button is covered by the text box...

Thanks for that - it now works ok - sometimes one keeps looking at something and it just doesn't get noticed(!)

The site is a purchased one that hasn't had any work doen in the area of add to cart 'green box'.
I can see what you mean about the mobile version and have taken it up with the suppliers.
