Missing Tables from upgrade 1.3.9-1.5.6

I just completed and upgrade on my site, the zc installer did not return any errors. The admin page is not accessible returning "WARNING: An Error occurred, please refresh the page and try again." The debug logs in /logs returns issues with the query, but I am not able to find any information about this, admin_pages. This table is missing from my sql schema, but there is no documentation on the site.

I have checked php and mysql compatability, the site is running using IIS.

What zcInstall debug logs are there?

If none are currently present in the logs directory, then suggest running zc_install again to see if you are offered the update option again.

If offered to update, do so. Then before attempting to access the admin, review the newly created logs.

Yes, there are collation errors, the new configuration file had a charset line that was not present in 1.3.9, I will restore the the sql, my concern is still with the missing tables, the rest of the logs are similar to the last line on the opening thread.

Looking at the error message a little closer, might suggest downloading the software again. There was an update pushed towards the end of December to correct the variable usage of filename as compared to filename.
