New USPS Rate Increase

Does anybody know when ZenCart will make a new update for the 27 Jan 2019 US Postal Service price increase? Also, I am trying to find a new provider to apply this new update. I have Version 1.5.5d with the 2018 USPS shipping cost included. I am not a web designer, just wanting to find someone to put in this new USPS Jan 2019 update for me (and manage my website in the future). Thanks

Price changes by USPS shouldn't require an updated version of the plugin. Price changes automatically flow into the posted rates via the API that connects to the USPS servers.
