Checkout error: moneyorder/freecharger

When trying to checkout with moneyorder or freecharger modules I get an error page.
Paypal works fine!

Now I got new info in the log, when trying to check out with moneyorder, and get an error page.

Log says: #1 htmlspecialchars() called at...…….includes/functions/functions_general.php:73

Line 71 to 78 in functions_general.php says:

I have installed 3 languages in the webshop: Swedish, Danish and English, but it seemes to by a mismatch in charsset! What to do, anybody?
